An alternative credit solutions company and the official Network Manager of the Participating Lender Network
"Private Equity Enhancement Credits™; A New Route to Private Equity Investment Exposure."

Chicago, Illinois [August, 12, 2013]  UFT Commercial Finance ("UFTCF") is proud to announce the publication and release of a new technical paper titled "Private Equity Enhancement Credits™; A New Route to Private Equity Investment Exposure."

This paper examines the current state of affairs in the private equity market as private company exchanges develop and private equity share trading platforms introduce new tools to promote and increase market liquidity.  The advent of “Private Equity Enhancement Credits™” as an alternative investment instrument aids in building liquidity by avoiding the latency inherent in private share transfers and promises positive change for a private equity market in transition.

Building upon the versatile platform that supports Marlowe’s Credit and Investment Disaggregation Model, this paper illustrates how investors can gain private equity exposure to almost any block of private equity shares on an "unfunded" basis to the advantage of both the investment recipient and the investor alike.  This enhancement structure allows the investor to take a step back from direct ownership in private shares while still enjoying performance-based returns.  Moreover, it readily reduces opportunity costs, which can increase investor tolerance for longer term investment commitments.

Marlowe’s technical analysis explains how this new model can increase the chances of successfully initiating a particular investment, improve overall market liquidity and investor agility, enhance investment transparency, and preserve management’s share of equity without impairing investor returns.

Learn how Private Equity Enhancement Credits can be applied to change the way private equity investing is done.

Read paper.
